I am extremely satisfied with the fast and excellent service I received. Having sent my laptop to the shop, I was unsure whether it would be able to be repaired because it was not powering on and there were sparks when the charger was connected. My laptop was fixed within two days of sending it in, and now it works better than ever. Highly recommended.

nice man, but seemed very preoccupied with other customers. my computer broke down suddenly back in november, so frantically, i googled places in the area. I tried testing different things on my computer and eventually deduced the source of my computer breaking down was my motherboard. decided to take my computer into PCCO. I had to pay an initial diagnostic fee which... i learned nothing new from. I knew it was a motherboard issue and I got a call later that day from PCCO telling me my motherboard was fried. the owner was very nice and let me borrow a temporary laptop that I could use for my schoolwork whilst he started working on my laptop. for the next 3 and a half weeks, while I was very grateful for the temp laptop, I constantly asked for updates from PCCO. they constantly told me that they have no updates and that theyre sorry. I was told id get an update, but that didnt happen. so, i kept calling and asking. initially, as I had the temp laptop, I was more than happy to wait a while. Though, time quickly flew by and i questioned whether or not id even get it fixed from them... as a customer, it was a very bizarre experience to get radio silence from them. around the 3rd week, I eventually get a call asking for me to chat with them in person. they finally give me an update: told me there was more damage than they thought. they tell me they're hoping this new computer that theyre buying from a seller has a compatible motherboard with my laptop. in other words.... it seems like they couldnt / didnt do anything at all during those 3 weeks. I wouldve loved for them to have been more forthcoming, but the trust I put into them was my own fault. fast forward about a week and a half, the motherboard from the laptop they bought is a match for mine, so theyre able to turn on my laptop. they told me they could do a fresh install of windows and asked which version of windows I want installed. I asked for 10 and.... they installed 11 much to my disappointment. im not sure if its cause they were just super busy that they forgot, but it was very awkward when they asked me to swing by in person and I reminded them that I asked for windows 10... During this whole month long process, it seems they also damaged my left speaker. When I was about to pick up my computer, they told me the left speaker was broken. I told them I didnt have any audio problems before, so mentioned that something must have happened to it while my computer was under their care.... I was told id get contacted by them in January to get my left speaker fixed, but.... I still havent heard back.... ...at this point, i'm not sure if i'll ever hear back from them. i was promised theyd fix the speaker they broke. Overall, while I was eventually able to get my laptop fixed, I was disappointed with their customer service. i dont think theyre very reliable when it comes to much "bigger" repair services.
