Absolutely shocking paid 240 for an iPhone cos I had my little girl with me I didnt notice the damage to the bottom took it home charged it all night went to 100 percent then took it off after a night and till mid morning 5 mins later went to 80 then straight to 10 percent took it back was accused of damaging it myself after one night of having the phone all the time it was either on charge or with a phone case I bought from the shop too absolute joke honestly reporting to trading standards 240 quid down at Christmas time too I didn't damage said phone but straight accused me told no refund im taking it further edit went to another shop fella told me the battery was knackered also the motherboard had gone only thing worth saving was the screen absolute joke 240 down that I couldn't afford to lose after Christmas I'm ringing trading standards and get this reported absolutely fuming I really am never ever again will I visit this shop and I certainly won't be accused of lying I didn't break the fone didn't have it long enough and after seeing the reviews I've seen today they quite often blame the consumer for breaking the stuff they sell and after the accusation he said he'd send it to be repaired but upto their discretion if I get a shoddy replacement this is with a years warranty please beware of buying avoid or make sure everything's in order before leaving the shop absolute con merchants trading standards have been contacted they are going to investigate after your response I won't bother coming into store again absolute shocking response as I say the bottom was battered when I bought it you may in future proper have a look at what your selling as a grade id rather not come in as I hate being called a liar and I certainly won't be shopping here again I've also told family and friends to be wary of coming into the shop I've also let trading standards know too the point is I wanted a new phone for my bday I had saved long and hard this losing over 200 pounds has left me short as I have nothing to show for it im a single mum and can't often afford such an extravagance on a fone that will not work and to be called a liar also boils my blood so no thanks I will learn my lesson also the bloke who sold me the dodgy fone said it might not be repaired as the dodgy bottom if I'd had it a few days weeks even I'd have understood I bought it last Thursday took it back Friday the very next day believe me I won't be buying anything from your shop ever again and I have informed many family and friends to steer clear too as I say trading standards are now involved take notice of your customers as I've seen from previous reviews the staff do like to blame the customers for faulty goods bought from your shop
