Deeply regret going here. Had a very bad experience here from start to finish. Initially I was reluctant to go here in the first place but thought I'd give it a try. The owner had lied to my face about the price as I was quoted something else but I could not be bothered arguing as I wasn't too fussed at the time about it and was willing to let that slide providing he did a "decent" job at fixing my phone as I didn't expect them to do anything exceptional despite their claims. However it was anything short of decent - it was an absolute disaster! The phone I needed repairing was a mid range HTC and the owner had used cheap used parts to repair my phone so was sceptical at the time yet he kept reassuring me it would be fine. Low and behold, took it home and its gone from a broken phone to a half broken phone for something that was a straightforward fix. Was overcharged, got given a half working phone which is now of no use to Mr and the owner is an outright liar who although was not loud and shouty he was still incredibly rude and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. Please note the technician who repairs the phone is NOT qualified as I have recently found out but it doesn't take a genius to work that one out! I had not been given a receipt or anything which was concerning. WARNING! - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Please do find somewhere else to save time, money, stress, headache and most importantly your phone!!!
