Console Portal

I sent my switch to be repaired and it worked for 10mins then stopped again. I have edited my initial review until fully resolved as I have only just made the company aware so am awaiting their response.

My grandson broke his switch screen console portal collected and repaired it from my home. It was returned by courier in a timely manner! Communication was quick. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again if the need arose! Thank you

My son broke the charger port on his nintendo switch - devastating for him and frustrating for us! Anyway we came across Console Portal after a Google search and decided to take a leap of faith by going by their reviews! So glad we did! Considering we are at the other end of the country and we had the Console there and back repaired within 7days for 59.99 is worth shouting for in my eyes! Placed the order online, they contacted the next day to arrange for their courier to collect the switch from my workplace, they received it fixed it, contacted me again to arrange delivery back to me, and I had it delivered back to a friend as it was easier and we had it back the next day! Brilliant value, safe and reliable! Hopefully neither child breaks a console again but I'd 100% use these guys if they did
