        Softcat have been my vendor of choice for the last two years, and provide excellent serive and support for our business. Our account manager has learnt that rarest of sales skills, knowing how to accept a "no", without pushing and moving on to something else. As a result I never duck his sales calls, because I know he's never going to hassle me, and that he's always there to try and help. Of course, he's after his sales - but only when it's the right thing for us. The support team are also great, and the "customer success" team focus on helping us manage our estate and letting us focus on our core business as much as we can, without getting lost in the details of worrying about print to er and other minutiae... Excellent company, and strongly recommended..just don't steal my account manager, or they'll be trouble!
