We decided to contact Creative Print to produce a booklet for my fathers funeral. We were asked to send the photos, eulogy, hymns and readings via email and we would be contacted to discuss content. We sent this and awaited contact, this did not happen so we went down to discuss. The receptionist/Administrator could not have been more rude. She did not want to speak to us and categorically told us she would not look through the photos so we could confirm the cover picture. We had to send that separately. She did not even acknowledge the fact we were bereaved, a basic human instinct and an expectation of "I a sorry fr your loss". We were then told we would be contacted and this did not happen even though we chased due to time constraints. As time was of the essence we went elsewhere and we had a booklet ready for checking in a matter of hours. This was then completed the following day. I appreciate and understand the quality of the work produced by Creative Print may be of a high standard. However, their customer service is the total opposite and severely lacking and at a time of loss and bereavement with so much to do for a funeral this goes a long way. It would have been easier if they had told us they were too busy to deal as we lost 4 days chasing this up and could of gone elsewhere.
