        Poor place to work. Relies upon a few members of good staff to get them through the consistent messes they get in from either poor unorganised management and the remaining staff who are useless. Manager isnt fit for the job, got promoted to it to keep elder members of staff happy (who hounded out the previous guy who tried changing things) who have him wrapped around their fingers and he plays favourites to them as he doesnt have the guts nor knowledge of the finishing side to challenge them when they lie to him to get their own way/come up with excuses when they make mistakes/just dont pull their weight. Experienced good staff have been replaced over the years with the first person that walks through the door who they can pay peanuts to and isnt good enough for the role.
