        Please do not Trust this company. On 1st July 2020, we relied upon YCS to carry out cleaning for our properties during our changeover period. They never showed up, and we were left with many properties unclean and many tenants due to move in the following days. You can imagine the pressure this put our company under. We were forced to find alternative cleaning companies at the last hour. To add insult to injury, YCS proceeded to send invoices for cleaning that never even took place. Their dishonesty is shocking and we have never in our 25 years experienced such appalling treatment from a company we have hired.
