Father & Son team extremely professional and courteous. Responded well to my initial email enquiries, phoned on the day to say they could come earlier if necessary which suited me. Arrived with all equipment; straight to work cleaning carpets They were very professional and did not make any mess in the house I can highly recommend them as their prices were very reasonable too compared to other quotes I obtained. Marek and his colleague came to rectify a carpet emergency in one of our tenancies. From minute one on the phone they immediately understood the situation and very pleasantly and professionally got this booked in within the slightly unreasonable time-constraints. On arrival and throughout the entire process and dealing, both Marek and his colleague were friendly, good communicators, and highly efficient. They also swiftly worked around any dynamic issues as they arose - for example regarding the challenges of city-centre parking and working within a 20 minute parking limit - so that the outcome of the job remained unaffected. In the end, the results of their professionalism and skilled labour would be evident to anyone upon visual inspection of the rooms worked on. Could not recommend enough.
