Regarding Leah Powells comment
First of all Im really sorry for the bad experience she had with us
But this is unfair that she blame us for something that its here fault
Here is the story:
She ordered through Deliveroo and we sent the order to the address provided in the ticket
Driver went the address but no one answered the door, we rang her but the number was wrong then we rang Deliveroo and asked them to get in touch with her but they came back and said the number provided is wrong
The driver tried a few times and stayed about 20 minuets but no one answered the door
After about 30 minuets we cancelled the order and it was end of the night and we closed the shop
After that she rang the shop but it was too late and the driver had gone home. I told her what happened and told her ring Deliveroo for refund
So I dont understand why should that be our fault.

Me and my sister ordered a delivery from here which came upto around 30 pounds, we waited ages with the delivery driver not contacting my number or ringing the buzzer. I rang the restaurant just to get told he apparently came to the address and someone said they didn't order a deliver so he clearly went to the wrong one and me and my sister still had our money taken and they wouldn't give us a refund so we were basically robbed of 30 pounds, I was absolutely appauled by the service and how we got tret!!
