Bagel Factory White Rose

Came to our fav for our fix! It was extremely busy The guy that served us ( seemed to be the manager) ) was so friendly, him and the young lad were blasting their way through a massive amount of tickets with a very big queue but remained calm, and were apologising for the delay. Cannot be helped!! If its a busy bank holiday Monday, and the queue is 6 deep then you have to be prepared to wait As the bagels are obviously made fresh to order! Excellent service, excellent bagels as usual Well done guys, I hope you get a well deserved rest this evening

Stopped by this afternoon and was served by Sia and Sarah (I hope Ive remembered the right names!) Two really lovely ladies very chatty and made sure I had no allergies etc. Ive not visited before and they were happy to explain the menu and meal deal options to me. Super delicious bagel thankyou ladies Ill definitely stop by again :)

If I could of scored zero I would have! Asked today if they sold gluten free was told no. Not sorry no we dont just a straight NO! Another member of staff overheard and corrected her and apologised. And said we have all these cakes (3 gf products) by honeybuns The girl serving took my card payment for a gf cake that was half price had a sticker and two cans of pop (1.79 each of a can) only after looking the girl hadnt reduced the cake that turned out had to be eaten on the day! Then whilst only leaving asked if I had any allergies. As everything is made together. Now these were cans of pop and a gf packaged honeybuns cake that was not made in the store the brand honeybuns is a small company that makes products for coeliacs and those with wheat allergies, bagel factory do not make this product its a outside product. I said to the girl Im coealiac which isnt a allergy but need gluten free now this should of being asked right at the start not after Id paid but to them tell me there all done together when its a can of pop and special cake is just crazy. I will be contacting honeybuns to tell them what your staff member is telling customers about allergens saying not safe when they are!!! She was so rude says Rebecca on the receipt. Please dont work in retail if you do not like customer service! Please train this girl on allergens as she is clueless and giving the incorrect info Natashas Law springs to mind.
