Later on, I realised there were 2 transactions at my card and went back to the shop. The shopkeeper didn't admit that I was charged twice and insisted that no refund can be made.
This is terrible, I will not return to this shop again. As a loyal Caffe Nero customer, I am very upset about this and the ignorance of the shopkeeper.
