Dietary restrictions: Hardly any gluten free options in any of your cafes. 90% of the time there are no sandwiches so only a pre packed bakewell.

This costa coffee store is always really disappointing. Most of the staff never seem happy and the store is never clean.

Rude staff bad customer service, woman worker don't listen have to repeat your self. I will defo not go back there cheeky young black man, then decides to ask me to leave. After I told them about them selves. He is very disrespectfully treating, customers like that. He's quick at throwing people out, he won't last long there. Needs sacking.

Just been into costa for a hot chocolate around 4pm today , the member of staff who made my drink with dark hair purposely held the thermometer stick so that lumps of hot chocolate didn't go into my drink which they still did and she was going to serve me this. As I said this isn't acceptable she continued to try remove the lumps of chocolate out of the drink with a spoon. I asked if she could make it for me again and she didn't seem happy about it. When she remade it she said there's nothing that she can do and because of my background of working at costa I knew that if the milk weren't just topped up in between each hot chocolate it wouldn't do this. She used the same jug and overfilled my reusable cup which I didn't get charged less for or get any extra beans for using. As I said I've worked at Costa and by using new milk with each hot chocolate she could've avoided this. She told me she's worked there 10+ years and "I think I know what I'm doing" What your doing is wrong and maybe with 10+ years experience you'd think you wouldn't sell burnt milk to customers and have a bad attitude : (fair to say I won't be visiting this costa again.
