        I have just received my order from Joe browns,I have to say I speak as I find excellent service from ordering to delivery I am thrilled with my items,good quality,easy to wear washes well love the designs it's so different from your ordinary run of the mill clothing,good choice of mix and match extremely comfortable to wear I would recommend.

        Just bought this morning a lovely dress in Leeds corn exhange . No time to try it in the shop but it was perfectly my size when I tried it later at home.

        Really great customer service. I paid for next day delivery and the parcel didnt turn up until 4 days later but I was refunded immediately for the delivery charge and the parcel was delivered as promised thank you so much Im loving the boots also

        Normally dont have an issue but wish they would use another company for delivery than evri. And I wish all staff followed the same process. My parcel is sat in the shell garage due to evri and the customer service team at joe browns are not consistent with the information they are providing. This causes total frustration. I wont be using them again.
