Fresh Bins Leeds

Although I have been informed that they clean bins in our area. They refused to offer service to me without any valid reason.

DO NOT USE! They didnt turn up to clean my bin, when I contacted them about it, they had decided to change the date I was booked in for and didnt contact me. Anita on the phone accused me of being confused and getting the dates wrong. Then once I finally had a call back (they dont answer their phones), I was told on the phone that I was going to be taken of their list no offer to try and resolve things. I was also told to not write a review as the owner of the company will take it further. Absolutely awful!

We get 2 bins cleaned, they forgot to clean one which was probably a genuine mistake but instead of just refunding us, they argued and said the guy is certain he did them both. So I sent cctv. At the 3rd attempt they said they would refund as a gesture of goodwill. They were rude over email, sending me the t&cs as I left my bins in the garden. They are on the drive. Either way, this had nothing to do with the fact they only cleaned one bin. When I said I was thinking of cancelling due to the above they said they had removed me from their list. Cant see a business lasting long with service like that. A simple apology and credit would have been fine. Service: Cleaning & disinfection
