Appalling customer service. Never received a conformation email, booking was put in for the day after I requested. I asked for a morning slot at 10am, and at 9:50 I got a call saying they would be there at 2. Ended up having to cancel. Complete lack of understanding from the company and very unprofessional

Do not bother wasting your money. **edited since last post- items taken or disposed of from property without consent. Emails, texts, calls ignored. Police have been informed** Firstly they changed my appointment an hour before, saying there was an emergency. Secondly they turned up half an hour late. The actual 'deep clean' was rushed and not done to a high standard, dust was left, cupboards not wiped down properly, marks still left on taps. I paid an extra 30 for a professional oven clean. What a joke it was sprayed with oven cleaner and wiped, loads of marks and grease still inside, the extractor fan and metal work wasn't even touched. Really not happy and calls, texts with photos are been ignored. Honestly do not bother! I was hoping to find someone reliable and good at their job to use for my end of tenancy cleans but I definitely will be spending my money elsewhere!

Excellent work done by your team. Cleaners were friendly and did some extra work. I will use again when my tenants move out next year

Poor service, avoid. I contacted this company to arrange a deep clean and a house move. There was no communication about what time the cleaners were turning up or the removers. Finally I get a call mid morning from the cleaners saying that they would be arriving at 2pm even though I had requested a morning clean. The deep clean was excellent. But this still does not make up for the complete lack of communication and the fact that the removal part of the service never turned up. I tried to call the office multiple times and emailed them, no response. Apparently on their website they offer a 24/7 service... obviously not.
