Do not use this place sold my daughter a car with hard sales tactics firstly wanted to. Credit check when when I said I didn't want that for her tried to lie and say it was a soft check. This was overheard by the manger who said that it was a hard check it. My daughter paid a refundable deposit to hold the car. The sale rep proceeded to call my daughter the next day knowing it was the exact car that she wanted and told her that several people had come to buy the car with a bigger deposit so he needed another 100 my daughter told him , has asked her to do, that she wanted to wait a couple of days. He continued to continue calling knowing that she was at work and I was not present . He persistently called her making her think the car was going to be sold and made her do the credit check over the phone. The following day I spoke to the sales rep and told that I wasn't happy with the rushing .because of this my daughter is now out of pocket as I was not able to check the car. On speaking to them regarding my issues I was accused of swearing which was totally untrue and when I proceeded to tell him that he was disgusting (exact words) I was Told he doesn't want to be called disgusting and put the phone down, bearing mind he wasn't putting the phone down when he was hard selling to my daughter.i will not be coming here again neither will my daughter. Do not do to others what you would not like to be done to yourself. KARMA IS REAL!!!!

Excellent customer service and communication until you purchase a car then it becomes rather difficult to resolve issues. Overnight shift in customer service. Disappointing.

I sold my car to Michael Jenkinson of Evans Halshaw Citroen Leeds. The service was impeccable a 5 star service. I was kept fully up to date on the transaction and no hassle on the final price Thank you Michael I would definitely recommend to all.

We have had our Citroen C3 Aircross origins for just over three years and have had all the servicing carried with yourselves and the car returned in a washed clean state and all staff including Steve in sales ,have been polite and very helpful . I would especially like to thank Arran Garrett who has gone above and beyond to help and explain things with everything and could not do enough , his professionalism in everything stands out and is a welcome change to the norm , I cant recommend Arran high enough , thanks again
