I sad to say I had a terrible horrible experience manger was extremely rude & patronising & obnoxious I have disabilities and I felt monumentally let down I was looking to experiencing what I saw on social media I was very disappointed & upset the lady management definitely needs customer service training not impressed at all. on the bright side the rest of the cafe staff were absolutely wonderful amazing & kind & made me a lovely sandwich but unfortunately I don't feel comfortable going again
