Don't seem to want the business. Enquired about opening an account on approximately 5 or 6 different occasions, never received a response. I eventually managed to get the number for someone in control of accounts and managed to get a registration form, which I filled in quickly and sent back. Heard nothing..chased a few days later, no reply, so won't try again. Currently spending 55,000 + with Brakes per year for one site in a growing Company. We're hoping to open other sites in the next 12-24 months...so no idea what the issue is here or why communication is so beyond poor. Have used them before as a Manager with a different business before opening my own company and they do some great stuff...so it was a shame that so much red tape seems to be up at the moment on opening an account with them? But at the very least, would have expected communication for a company like freshfayre to be better than it is.
