DO NOT ORDER FROM YASIN CATERING. If I could give them a minus i would. Very unhelpful, given incorrect information. Had to go twice to pick order. Called before going to pick up. On arrival asked for order number. Informed already taken. To many workers no system. Charged 7 for plastic tub. When not informed to bring container. These people do not believe in good customer service. They are money minded. Attitide and arrogance is a trade mark.unhappy customer.

I booked this catering service on Friday 21st April 2023 Omg the food was delicious everyone who ate at my party wanted there contact details so they can use them. Staff friendly and go out there way as possible. I will be using them again and Ill always recommend this catering company to everyone. Iv never enjoyed a curry as much,even the rice was delicious. I want to say a massive Thankyou

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. FOOD PORTIONS PETHETIC. RIP OFF CHARGE MORE THAN QUOTED. ZERO STARS FROM ME. NOT DECENT ENOUGH TO LOG COMPLAINT OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. GET ORDER NUMBERS MIXED UP. DO NOT ATTEND PHONE CALLS.

I am giving one star as the food is ok , however the service is absolutely rubbish. Not even rubbish actually its dispicable. I was told a different price at the time of booking and charged an extra 10 when I went to collect. Even though we had a contract. We ordered food for 15 people and were supplied with barely half . I have used them three times now as I do believe mistakes happen and we give people a chance but talking down to people giving wrong number information about orders and charging extra is not ok. Sort yourself out do better!
