Bears Pantry Catering

Bears Pantry catered for our wedding at The Oakwood just south of York and were able to meet our requirements perfectly. They produced individual grazing tables for our guests and covered a range of dietary requirements without any issues at all! They were helpful and responsive right from the start, and were able to make our rearranged date without fuss due to the pandemic. Nicole, Sam and Karen were all extremely helpful during the process of deciding on our options and then at the personal tasting event in Leeds. Overall we would heavily recommend Bears Pantry to cater for your event, and just want to say how heavenly the Pain au Chocolat bread and butter pudding is, best dessert we have ever eaten!

Really shocking service, arrived 2 and half hours late. Ordered a Christmas buffet for 995, and we literally received a school canteen lunch! Customer service has been terrible, No one gets back to me I have to keep chasing them. Really disappointing.

Highly recommend Bear's Pantry! They catered for our wedding and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything better! The food was outstanding and exactly what we wanted. We wanted laid back comfort food and it was perfect. The guests were raving about the food days later - in particular the blondies who converted the 'I don't do dessert' people. Karen was so organised and helpful (even when I kept getting myself confused with numbers) and answered my questions promptly. Thank you Bears team! We love you! x

Where to start! Nicole, Sam and the rest of the Bears have been fabulous!! Everyone was so accommodating, patient and kind throughout our Wedding. The food was amazing, creative and delicious. Our guests were totally blown away by the standard of both the food and service! If you want your Wedding or Event to be that bit extra we would highly recommended Bears Pantry. The whole Team have been professional and personable from day one. HUGE thank you for making our day an unforgettable one.

I highly recommend Bears Pantry for your catering needs. We hired them for our wedding and they were so easy to work with, so cooperative with the needs of our guests (we had vegetarians, a person with a nut allergy and some autistic children with specific eating habits). Always professional and personable, and providing abundant amounts of tasty tasty food, noone will go away hungry or dissatisfied. I can personally recommend the cheeseboard, squash pot and sticky toffee pudding, and the Bears Boxes they offer for children went down a treat. They also can provide a table piled with food if you fancy a buffet (we went for the picnic option).
