. 1) upon arrival 3 members of staff talking at the bar area and ignored us and we waited patently Not good customer service
2) We were initially asked if we wanted drinks but declined as all the guest were not all sat at the table and was told that they would come back in 10 mins
3) After going up for the carvery and sitting and eating our meal it was only then that we were asked if we wanted a drink.
I am aware that the staff are busy and we need to be patient, however as the waitresses passed us many times common courtesy would of been to acknowledge the customers and let them know you will be with us as soon as she could
