        Poor service, after taking over an existing business, the previous owner recommended this company. But I have been more than disappointed. First time I called them I got a rather rude person but didn't think much of it. Went to collect products and they didn't even bother helping me load it into the van. All samples have now been removed from the showroom and will take my money elsewhere.

        Horrendous Customer Service!! Trying to find a distributor of a particular product of theres as they are trade only and the lovely lady told me to just get a yellow pages and find a Flooring Supplier! ''Any Supplier'' apparently. I have 30 Carpet Suppliers in my local area alone, I better spend the next few hours phoning them all then to find out if they use your products shall I.....or maybe I just go to my nearest one and use a different vinyl manufaturer! Business must be good a Delta Carpets!

        5 stars hassle free customer i have been coming here since 2005, staff here are always willing to help quick turn around when not busy , toilets here are clean, bonus tea / coffee machine if you want a drink
