Halifax declined my Apple Pay payment due to fraud protection (which I resolved within 5 minutes) Last time this happened I paid 20 instead of 8 due to the inconvenience I caused them
The owner felt the need to verbally abuse me using the F words (in front of other customers) multiple times as this happened again today.
Again apologies from me to the car wash guys for Apple Pay blocking the payment. Glad it was sorted quickly. But unfortunately I feel after today I wont be going back.
