Fantastic service I dont know were all the bad reviews come from I got behind and they helped me out treated just like any other main high street lender very polite when you speak to them or you have a problem yes there rates are high but it is sub prime finance so its whats to expect and I know what I was paying when I signed the agreement

Took out a 1500 loan and relayed it early a reduced rate to save myself 1500 interest. Really helpful company albeit an exceptionally high interest rate

Did an application and then I was called to confirm a few details, then I was sent a text 3 hours later saying declined. I was given no reason via email, text or call no clarity on the process or can see they did a soft check on my equifax file but nothing else. Not sure what they are looking for when they have open access to my bank account but I guess its my fault for allowing it and the increase in loan companies need opening access to bank accounts and the increased fraud this leads to I will need to keep a close eye on what happens going forward. In summary if you want to do an application with absolutely no explaination of their decisions and no real communication then I would avoid this place.
