Got a car I'd wanted for a long time at a great price, enjoyable experience at Leeds Motorstore, Claudia was very helpful, no request was too small for her to chase down for us. Have bought from Arnold Clark before and will again, just not until ive had my fun out of our current one.

Disappointing customer service. Car was recovered on Wednesday, could not be assessed until Friday, on Friday receptionist called to see if I was still OK to bring my car in-it was already there having been recovered! Repairs carried out efficiently. Called to say I would collect, receptionist quite offhand. Collected car, it had not been washed (this is part of the service not something I requested, but why say you will do it if you don't?). No paperwork following repair. Generally poor customer service, fingers crossed for the mechanical service!

Rude branch manager! I requested a deposit refund for a new car which the sales executive told me was fully refundable. The sales executive then stopped replying to my emails, so I called up the branch to find out what was going on. To which I was told he had left the business (even though no automatic email response had been set up informing me of this). I kindly asked for my refund to which the friendly receptionist told me would be processed no problem. I then received a call from the branch manager David who clearly doesnt know how to communicate with customers. In the conversation I was accused of lying and hung up on. Terrible customer seems to say the least!
