        OK service, could have put my car on charge after but ignored the request. Many charging bays iced, some had cars in not charging. Small point but makes the difference.

        Really poor service. No one in the shop on arrival. Had to walk and find someone from service. They grudgingly helped me when I said I couldn't do by app which I why I had driven in. Just clicked away on computer didn't really tell me what was happening. Then just walked off to talk to someone looking at a car. Had to find someone else to help who told me someone would be with me shortly.
