This company doesn't pay salary to its employees..!! Upon asking the only answer they get is "By the end of this week. first of all,They dont pay a worth of money matching to it's employee's efforts. Now, It has been more than 2 months ,The employees havn't been paid.Many employees left their job, but the ones who are very much in need are still stuck with a hope that they will get paid very soon and I heavily doubt it.

Re. Educational support software SIMS is an excellent piece of software for schools to have. It is used to take registers in schools and allows staff to access and record student information, whether at home or work. It allows for both positive and negative student behaviour to be categorised, for example 'homework', 'positive contribution', 'bullying' etc. There is also space for a teacher to record what they did, if anything, to respond to the behaviour, eg positive letter home. SIMS is easy and straightforward to use. You can search the database to get an overview of which category of behaviour occurs the most often. This makes it much simpler for senior leaders to intervene on a whole school level if necessary.
