We had a fantastic experience working with CRSI, in order to find a very high-profile Chair for our business. CRSI took control of the whole process, finding many, excellent candidates and getting them interested in our business. We actually ended up appointing two new Board members, and CRSI helped negotiate their packages. Besides recruitment, CRSI has provided very useful insight into senior team development and remuneration. CRSI were efficient, attentive and responsive. There are so many recruiters out there, but I would vouch for CRSI.

I had spent many years interviewing and hiring people but had not been through an interview process myself for 15 years! Hazel was incredibly supportive throughout the whole process taking time to learn about me and my aspirations as well as ensuring that she passed on to me as much information about the company, position and key people in the company as possible.
