        I've noticed the people giving five stars are the people that work there really come on some of the staff that work there are nice people but some of the drivers and I say some not all need to change there attitudes as they are rude ignorant arrogant and need to think about a job change if they don't like driving don't do it you don't need to take your attitudes out on your passengers we keep you in a job find another job if your not happy

        Just been left stranded in south elmsall because driver can't follow his times, has an attitude problem, and blocked all the bus station off and made people walk around another bus to get to his, I saw him a few weeks ago mouthing at another driver and taking pictures just because the driver didn't have anywhere else to go
