This company needs to handle boarding differently. Customers have no sense of queuing in a line and barge in to board and the staff have no control over this. CHANGE IT!!!!!!!

Clean and tidy. Just buy tickets online or go to ticket office ahead to go on bus. The bus gates are clearly indicated but it is a bit messy if there are many people or several buses departure and arrival at the same time I recommended the council should improve the space and it is worth making it to a more easy to access and safe bus station of a pedestrians friendly and public transport friendly smart city. Think from the view of first-time visitors with luggages about the route from the bus station to other part of Leeds. It is no good to have a bus station with many walls and buses are hidden to passengers. A nightmare to the newcomers. Moreover, is it possible for the cooperation of information center and greggs or costa, because greggs and costa are food and beverage located at nearly every bus stations. Their foods and drinks are at normal prices. The visitors with baby car or luggages can sit down and take a rest in the locally decorated cafe or open space while looking for directions and places to visit. Surely there are more complicated difficulties but it is worth having an improvement on the experience of the hospitality, so does the priceless add-on image of a trustworthy tour guide and warden of the place to these companies.
