Employed kestrel builders for extension and internal renovation of house , work was very poor , lots errors made jobs needed doing twice , now got new reliable builders in to finish project at one point kestrel managed only one days work in a four week period , when asked to sort issues did not seem interested , when asked to do something usually ignored , build well over time and budget , overall very very disappointing UPDATE after the reply, when he started build he had three people working with him during the build they left, he still owes us money from deposit paid at start of build we have asked for this back waiting on response, they were doing inside and outside at same time depending on weather , as we still owed some money from the deposit paid not sure why we were put on stop , got new team in now to carry on with the build
