Hi guys Worse experience I have with this lady I went to the shop picked my wedding dress, paid 1600 ( 200 ) left to pay when I pick up the dress, I went to shop to show my family the dress she said she orded a new one for me without letting me know ! Okie I said fine , but what happend is my grandmother died and my wedding got cancelled, I asked the lady if she could refund me the money shes refusing and she said I will have to wait till she sells it, I am waiting 6 months now and still not sold it , so Im asking her for my money back shes not Evan replaying to me. All she gave me is a receipt on pice of paper very unprofessional, I do not recommend girls goin to her thanks

I had my wedding dress altered here and was very disappointed with the result.Sleeves were cut bluntly and glued down on top of dress,hem line wasn't a bridal hemline and not straight,back of dress just cut bluntly ! I had to take my dress to another seamstress who was horrified with the work done. When i tried to complain and ask for a refund i was told " I dont think so" and blocked! I have added photos for proof. If you want a professional job and person then this is the last place to use.
