        Stuart is the S and C guru. Started 1 to 1's 3 months ago and I have lost 18 lbs. More importantly, I'm fitter and stronger. I no longer lag in the afternoons at work and far more productive as well. The sessions are varied; no two are the same. I only wish I had started sooner. James

        Ive been training at alliance boxing club for over a year, and been trained by Stuart Blamire one of the coaches in that time. The goal from the start was to lose weight which I have done, but also Ive gained confidence and had fun while doing it. Highly recommend this gym. Great staff and clean facilities.

        Absolutely fantastic workout , the coaches here are amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable. All over body workout, any age , any level of fitness , encouragement and advice given . Working out while having fun and making new friends. I would urge anyone to give it a try,
