        All the team that we met went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and were really lovely with our kids. The place was really clean with a great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back again soon. Thank you!

        The facility is good, the vibe is nice. However they probably need to improve customer service. We ordered snacks online but no staff showed up so we go to the counter and get our snacks. Btw the Maltesers were melted. And then we told the staff the cash machine isnt working and she literally gave us side eye and told us just go upstairs.

        Tenpin has massively improved in recent years, i remember a few years ago it being very run down and most people would avoid it. Now its got new up to date screens and systems for scores, an arcade, pool tables and a well maintained bar. Havent ate the food so cant comment on that but overall its improved massively
