Leaks in the fitted radiator thermostats, also plastic pipe under sink. After care response next to zero. When I asked for damage compensation to laminated floor and skirting boards they told me to claim on my house insurance.
Bleeding cowboys, do not use Help link. No help at all.

about 8 years ago, still waiting for them to get back in touch. Luckily I was still covered by British gas, and they sorted the problem.
