LifeCycles Leeds Bike Shop

Emma's communication and Yassir's knowledge make for a great team. I emailed to arrange a bike fitting and was in the next week. My first proper experience with a bike shop couldn't have gone better. When I went in I was welcomed, the shop was clean and the atmosphere relaxing and unjudgemental which is what I haven't had at other bike shops. The bike fitting was really slick (apart from zwift not working which would have been a fun addition but that didn't matter much). Yassir's years of experience with bikes and physiology came across strongly. All of my rides since the bike fit have been incredibly comfy and I am having none of the problems such as lower back pain and tired arms that I had before. It has made riding much more enjoyable and I am very grateful for that. The team have spent time building cycle groups that go out Wednesday evening, Saturday and Sunday morning and it is something I will do when I can. The reason for 4 stars is just from a Yorkshire student's perspective the triathlon bike fit is a bit pricey but there are more adjustments that need to be made so it is fairly understandable, a concession might be good to see which could attract more students. However it is an investment I am glad I made as the service was proper and it has paid itself back in adventure and enjoyment so far. The shop is well equipped, staff friendly and facilities especially for the fit high class and well maintained. I will recommend this bike shop, it's community and services to anyone interested in bikes and hope to stay in touch with them.

I had a problem with my mountain bike back wheel. The cassette was falling apart. they fix my wheel in seconds and didn't even charge me, what a top man, thank you...

Excellent staff and mechanics. Bike is now running very well. Highly recommended, especially for Campagnolo guys.

Just want to say a massive thanks to the guys down at life cycles. As an ultra novice, they quickly fixed my puncture repair and made me feel really welcome. Highly recommend them for a fast, welcoming and efficient service. Will only be using them from now on!

Great service! Called on the afternoon and my bike was fixed by the evening. I needed brake pads changing - they found a spring inside the calliper had broke - instead of putting a whole new calliper on they combined my callipers and a spare one they had together saving me 30. Very innovative and overall a great service. Highly recommend
