Just got an electric Brompton from here. Thanks to Brad for sorting out the logistics and paperwork and David for the very detailed instructions in how to assemble and fold down the bike and all things electric. Really friendly and helpful people, defying the stereotypical image of the bike shop being a noodly place where women are ignored. Thanks guys

Great service - very helpful staff. Well stocked shop, some bargains on new bikes. Part of the Sports Direct empire but don't hold it against them! Loads of parts and accessories, decent brands.

Ask for Brad. He is the assistant manager. You couldn't get a more accessible, less intimidating service than Evan's Brad delivers with a smile and loads of knowledge. Being disabled and unfit wasn't a hurdle and every problem had a solution. One of the kindest retail managers in Leeds.

Evans seem to have really upped their game in the last few years. I just bought a Cube eBike online, collected in-store with a few tweaks and customisations done for free. The level of service was to the point of helping me order one component (some tyres) which were only available from a competitor and then guiding me through the competitor's site! Overall a perfect experience, I got the bike I wanted and wasn't upsold anything I didn't need. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team, I felt I was amongst fellow cyclists and wasn't just a target for sales. Well done.
