        Customer service became absolutely terrible. Once they made phone calls not available anymore- went from 10* to absolutely 0*. Buy lockal better and save your nerves

        Used to be great, however, service has severely declined in recent times. Orders always turning up later than quoted and when queried, given extremely poor customer service.

        Have now ordered 3 times and it's been delivered within 3 days on each occasion. Returns is easy aswell. Only one problem alot of the kegs my husband likes are sold out
