Good Night Sleeptight

After a really bad experience at a major bed shop, when the mattress failed after 6 weeks!! I decided to look locally and remembered Good Night sleeptight wwhichI had passed several times and decided to go in. Howard was informative and did not try to sell us anything which I liked. I liked the fact that there was not too much choice but the quality I was looking for was there. We purchased a mattress and 2 months later and im still loving it, so comfortable no sagging like the other one, going back to get one for our spare bedroom. Thank you Howard!

The owner, Noushin, is an abusive, over emotional lady, not interested in your issue around difficulties with a mattress at all. She lost her brother to Covid in May. That is very sad and we feel for her, but does that give her the right to treat a valued customer of theirs like the proverbial? I dont think so. Every time, after her volatile attacks, that I actually brought her back to the fact that this is a bed shop and Im trying to discuss a mattress it was the same. She shouted at me, told me I need to have humanity. I need to learn humanity! She knows nothing about me. She has no idea of my background and what Ive been through in my life. But she seriously needs to learn some customer service. AVOID!!!!!

Bought a bed and pocket-strung mattress for our son, and he's so happy, let alone putting a spring in his step for school. Excellent advice and service from Noushin. Great value too.
