        Just been told you my rent is being increased from one hundred and fifty pounds per week to two hundred if you stay here make sure you get your terms in writing before you proceed landlady constantly changing goalposts and accepting cash from residents for laundry service when they are struggling single mothers desperate from abuse and streetlife the room is single shared fascility no toilet bathroom in room give this place a miss they have the right to charge I know its their residence but make sure youre stay is documented properly cash in hand payments. Have no comebacks cover your back and state youre terms they have a duty of care and there are laws relating to tenancy in this country
