Booked an appointment, I turned up a few minutes early from the time booked.
I was told by the lady I booked that she is with another client and is running slightly late, and will be with me within 15 minutes.
I let her know that this is fine, but stressed that I must leave to pick up my daughter and it cannot be later than this, to which she said that this will be fine.
35 minutes after the booked time she still wasnt finished with the client. Another hairdresser offered to cut my hair, but it only left me with 10-15 mins before I had to leave.
Had no choice but to walk out.
I definitely would not recommend using this salon based on my experience with them.
