Ive bought an item on 14/09, and still didnt receive it even though I paid for 1st class. No information provided from their side about eventual delays except one weird email on 7.10 saying my parcel should arrive on 22/23.09 ! Well
Tried to email / call them several times, no one responded.
Learn on my mistake and please do not use their service otherwise you will lose money as me.
