        I normally hate to complain but I've been left with no choice as I contacted them via their website and have been ignored. I have spent a lot of time and money on BIAB manicures to grow my nails out, I then went to a lady here, who was lovely, however just a week after having my nails done (they were shortened down), 7 of them had very painfully snapped due to them being done incorrectly and not having been built up enough. Within 2 weeks, all of them were extremely short and damaged. I'd been careful when doing tasks around the house and I take good care of my nails so I don't feel as though this was through fault of my own, to pay over 30 for a manicure and then to have this happen is very disappointing. I was hoping for a reimbursement so I could get them fixed but I got no response. The staff are very nice so this is a real shame.
