I booked a brow appointment (which was eventually cancelled) and was asked for my gender. When did this kind of question become acceptable? Very inappropriate and invasive. As far as I am aware, this information is not needed when all I am looking for is someone to tint my brows and I have never been expected to provide this level of detail by any other place in Leeds. Edit: editing this because the business owner straight out lied in her response. The appointment I had was cancelled last minute due to their plumbing issues, not my failure to show up for a patch test. Other clients will be aware of this as their appointments were also delayed/cancelled.

Got my daughters Acrylic taken off as one of the nail had a crack. The lady who removed the acrylics was very professional and took extra care that nail bed doesnt get damaged and gave her advice on nail care. Would hihghy recommend

I have been coming here for over a year now and wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Easily the best nail salon I have been to. Scarlett takes her time to prep your nails properly before and after and is meticulous with the detail. I always leave extremely happy with the nail designs she has created. Highly recommend!
