Bearded men please read To whom this may regard I attend today at your barbers and Id like to thank you for accommodating me at short notice without an appointment. The haircut style I choose was a very low skin fade which was faded averagely as Im receding on top I told the barber to take off very little to which he listened and I was kind of satisfied with the haircut. As someone thats loosing hair on top my beard is my pride and joy and I told exactly how I wanted my beard to the barber and then the barber swapped me over to another barber who decided to shape up my beard. I told the barber I wanted my neck line exactly where it was before & the guide line was already there very clear. However when getting a beard shape up you are laid back slightly so cannot see the finished result until the barber finishes & it was disastrous. One side taken high to the chin point & the other low therefore the neck line is uneven & the beard ruined which will take me a very long time to rectify. I will most definitely not be using your salon again in the future. I kept quiet about this at the salon as its embarrassing to outline such in front of your customers. An uneven beard shape shows either the barber wasnt listening or was rushing through it & for 20 its most definitely expensive especially when the end result was destroyed. Very disappointing and upset So the manager replied saying why the one star rating. My friend I gave you a one star as my beard was completely destroyed the neck line wasnt straight the beard was pushed forward near the ears line. A complete mess which took absolutely ages to grow and destroyed in minutes & will take a long time to regrow Gents with beards Id give these guys a miss

Really poor haircut. I dont know how you can ruin a simple haircut like a buzz cut. No sense of fading. Dont know how high to shave the sides till. Very disappointed :(
