Red's True Barbecue

Been coming for years, but our recent visit was such a let down, place was a ghostown for a Thursday night. Loads of the menu items were missing and all of the sauces have gone from the tables. "We can bring you the sauces out if you ask for them" - ok we thought. What they failed to mention is that a small serving of sauce is 1 EACH on the bill. Sad really but I suspect REDS is on it's SwanSong

Really gone down hill. They always have things missing from the menus and they have now removed all the condiments from the table and actually charge you for them if you ask for them. The place is almost always empty and has zero atmosphere. It's a real shame but its really not worth going in here anymore.

The quality and portion sizes of the food has declined with each visit over the last couple of years, yet the prices rise. Very disappointed as this used to be one of my go-to restaurants in Leeds, but yesterday will probably be my last as it's just not worth it anymore. One remaining positive is the staff who are polite and attentive as always.
