Booked here for my hen do as we had a large group of us. Took 50 minutes to get our drinks delivered. Wouldn't let us order food. Manager was rude and argued with one of my friends. Wish I had not given them a penny. Went to Head of Steam to eat instead and it was like night & day - they were welcoming, fast and actually provided the fundamental stuff that bars are meant to provide like food and drink and staff! Banyan really need to refuse group bookings if they can't cope with the basics.
