Barclays Bank

Was in today and was told this branch closes permanently tomorrow...21/4/23. Only Leeds branch left will be the one on Albion Street.

I always go to the bank on Monday morning. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful... I think its extremely unfair and unacceptable that our local Branch at Moortown corner is closing down. Why are all the local banks closing (not everyone can do online banking) especially if u like mecwho does the banking 4 a charity shop

Twice I came to try to use counter and both days closed. First time it closed an hour earlier than closing time.. 2nd time they say counter doesnt open on Saturdays and two girls was sat at the counter one was counting cash other was doing nothing!! Whats the point having a bank and I have to pay for your services every month but cant use them!! Ridiculous this.

Although showing as open until 15.30, counter services actually close at 14.00 with no counter services at all on Saturday - here is a picture of the handwritten sign in-branch which is the first time Barclays can be bothered to prominantly inform you of this so you don't have to have the wasted journey I have just had!

Went to Barclays this morning supposedly opens at 9-30am , as per usual at this branch light on nobody in, door locked , all probably hiding in the back blaming the snow, no consideration for the elderly whatsoever, absolutely disgusting
