They stuck to the rules: I don't bank with Yorkshire Bank. But due to the current situation, my bank is closed / not local. I have an old 10 that I needed exchanging to currency I can spend. The money was for food. Simply turning me away felt harsh when there are limited options and the money was for food. Harsh.

Stood to open a bank account with my mum. The man in front of me wanted a loan and he was looked at with disdain by the gentleman who addressed him. I walked out .
